Every great relationship starts with a conversation. Let's take a few minutes to get to know each other and talk about your business, your attendees, your goals, and determine whether we're a good fit. No pressure, no obligation, just an opportunity to explore how I might be able to help.
Every Journey Has a Starting Point
My career didn't begin in the boardroom. I grew up in the small steel town of Monessen, Pennsylvania, where I learned the value of hard work, integrity, and a willingness to learn.
Before serving in executive leadership, I worked in construction, drove a delivery truck, and served as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Those experiences taught me the value of discipline, teamwork, and serving others, lessons that have stayed with me throughout my career.
Eventually, I joined a $2 billion global medical technology company where I spent more than two decades growing through six leadership positions. Along the way, I had the opportunity to lead large teams, improve operations, strengthen customer relationships, and solve increasingly complex business challenges.
One lesson became clear.
Organizations rarely struggle because people aren't working hard.
They struggle because execution breaks down.
That realization changed the way I viewed leadership, and it became the foundation for everything I teach today (The Eight Pillars).
Every great relationship starts with a conversation. Let's take a few minutes to get to know each other and talk about your business, your attendees, your goals, and determine whether we're a good fit. No pressure, no obligation, just an opportunity to explore how I might be able to help.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading large teams, serving as a President and COO, advising business owners, speaking to audiences, and working alongside leaders across more than 15 industries.
No matter the organization, I kept seeing the same challenges.
Communication wasn't clear.
Priorities competed with one another.
Processes became more complicated than they needed to be.
Good people worked incredibly hard but often struggled to achieve the results they wanted.
The problem wasn't effort.
The problem was focus, execution, and leadership.
That's why I've dedicated my career to helping leaders simplify complexity, create value, and build organizations that perform at a higher level.
Whether you're looking for a keynote speaker, Executive Operating Partner, executive advisor, or someone to help your leadership team reach the next level, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
Together, we can build stronger leaders, healthier organizations, and better business results.
Because in the end, it's never just about growing a business.
It's about creating value, developing people, and making a lasting impact.
One of my favorite moments happened after one of my keynote presentations.
As I was wrapping up, an attendee walked up to me, smiled, and said,
"You're America's Chief Profit Officer."
I laughed at first, but the more I thought about it, the more it made sense.
Everything I've done throughout my career has centered on helping organizations become healthier, stronger, and more profitable, not simply by increasing revenue, but by improving leadership, operations, customer experience, and execution.
The name stuck.
Today, it represents both my mission and my commitment to helping organizations create lasting value.
While I've spent much of my career helping organizations grow, my greatest joy comes from investing in people.
I'm a husband, father, grandfather, entrepreneur, author, and lifelong learner.
My faith has shaped both my leadership philosophy and the way I approach life. I believe success means very little if it isn't accompanied by integrity, meaningful relationships, and the opportunity to make a positive difference in others' lives.
Whether I'm spending time with family, mentoring an entrepreneur, speaking to a leadership team, or serving through nonprofit work, my goal remains the same:
Leave people better than I found them.
