While I've spent much of my career helping organizations grow, my greatest joy has always come from investing in people.
I'm a husband, father, grandfather, entrepreneur, author, and lifelong learner.
My faith has shaped both my leadership philosophy and the way I approach life. I've learned that success means very little if it isn't accompanied by integrity, meaningful relationships, and the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Whether I'm mentoring an entrepreneur, speaking to a leadership team, serving through nonprofit work, or spending time with my family, my goal remains the same:
Leave people better than I found them.
One of my favorite moments happened after one of my keynote presentations.
As I was wrapping up, an attendee walked up to me, smiled, and said,
"You're America's Chief Profit Officer."
I laughed at first, but the more I thought about it, the more it made sense.
Everything I've done throughout my career has centered on helping organizations become healthier, stronger, and more profitable, not simply by increasing revenue, but by improving leadership, operations, customer experience, and execution.
The name stuck.
Today, it represents both my mission and my commitment to helping organizations create lasting value.
